Client Background
Hotel Histrion is part of Sava Turizem d.d. and is located in Portorož. The hotel restaurant serves up to 1,200 breakfasts per day. As part of a full dining area renovation, we implemented multiple beverage dispensing islands in the hotel in 2023.
Context
Before implementing the new solution, the restaurant’s centralized beverage station led to congestion and long lines during peak breakfast hours. Guests experienced slow service, frequent spills, and limited drink variety per station. These issues reduced staff productivity and negatively impacted the guest experience.
Solution
Multiple JM Superior dispensing systems were installed strategically across different areas of the restaurant. JM Superiors were designed using natural materials that blend seamlessly with the interior and support the restaurant’s modern coastal ambiance.
JM Superior dispensing systems were selected for their ability to pour several drinks at once, which significantly reduced waiting times compared to traditional single-console systems. All dispensers were mounted on countertops, enabling easy and quick replacement of concentrated juice mixes.
To further enhance usability, drinks were served without automatic dosing, allowing guests to adjust beverage ratios, for example, by adding more water to juice.
