Does it dispense Premium products also?
Does the user have access to info (Temperature, Consumption, Brixing, etc.)?
The person responsible for the machine has access to this data. It’s not available to hotel guests.
Can the info be acquired remotely from the F&B Manager's office?
Not yet, but its future development is planned.
Can the installation be done on a countertop or only on a table?
Installation on a countertop is possible, but a hole needs to be made. IQ Tap requires space directly under the counter for juice concentrates (BiB), electronics, pumps, and valves. The cooling unit can be placed in a different room.
Is daily cleaning easy or complicated?
The tap, drip tray, and mesh filter can be washed with warm water and disinfected. The external parts of the device should also be wiped and sanitised. An automatic tap-cleaning function will be available soon. The process will be activated by pressing a button on the LCD screen, and the system will clean the dispensing head.
What is the cost of the dispensing machine?
The machines are provided on a free-on-loan basis.
